Standard Fees

  • One Floor Only (8 Hours) - $1,800 
  • Both First & Second Floor (8 Hours) - $2,800
  • Additional Hours may be purchased at $50 per hour 
  • ​A two hour photography session is $250
  • $1000 Holds the Date (non-refundable deposit that applies to rental fee)
  • Set-up at pre-arranged time is included.
  • Security fees during event also applied.
